How is Respond different from Aware?
First, all Respond users will be able to use our upcoming unified communications application (coming in 2021). This unlocks seamless voice and text messaging across any device, with full attachment support. There is no additional cost for this and we will share more details as we get closer to launch.
Second, you can do more with the real-time situational awareness that your Axon devices provides as we are making it visible and actionable - out of the box - within our new dispatch system and our upcoming unified communications application.
Will this change be reflected in Evidence.com?
The tab you clicked on to access Aware in the past will remain the same until sometime in Q4 2020. At that time you will see it changed to “Respond”. Until that time you will see a small notification when you click on the tab alerting you to the impending name change. Besides this, your experience will remain the same.
Will the Aware mobile app have a new name?
Eventually it will, but in the meantime the name of the application will remain as Aware.
