Nick has been supporting the public safety community for almost 10 years. Prior to PoliceOne.com, he spent roughly 15 years leading sales and training organizations in the digital media space. Nick is most proud of the fact that he has coached high school wrestling since 2001. The goal of coaching has always been to teach kids how to turn defeat into a motivator to improve.

Samantha Dorm

Samantha Dorm joined Praetorian full time in 2014, having previously served as a consultant for the grant division since 2010. Samantha has been instrumental in providing grant writing guidance to various public safety and non-profit agencies throughout the United States to enable them to obtain alternative funding as well as provide instruction on statistical compilation, analysis, and program development. She entered the criminal justice sector in 1999 when she was hired by a Pennsylvania District Attorney's Office to coordinate resources for the Weed & Seed Program. Since that time, Samantha has worked directly with agencies at all levels of government to acquire over $40M of funding for various programs. Samantha is a reviewer for several Federal agencies and also instructs grant writing workshops.

Rich Allen

A career sales professional, Rich Allen enjoys over 12 years of involvement in the sales field.

After graduating with a Business BA, Rich worked as a career “road warrior” sales representative for three different companies in 10 years. His 4 years with Axon Enterprise combined with his various other selling roles in his career provided a deep understanding of the sales process from several different perspectives. Working with law enforcement and partnering in the procurement process expanded the selling skill set to include long sales cycles and relationship selling at its height.

In 2017, Axon Sales Executives introduced Rich to grants and supplemental funding sources in an effort to help agency partners in need. Since then he has been able to help several agencies unlock alternative funding sources in an effort to best serve their respective communities. Rich has experience with Federal, State, local and private sources that address both technology and strategic agency initiatives.

Public Safety is an honorable profession and Rich’s goal is to continue through Axon to help protect truth and protect life.
