Supplemental Pregnancy/Parental Leave Policy

Axon is committed to assisting exempt and nonexempt employees during the very exciting time of welcoming a new child into their family. To that end, the company offers a paid Supplemental Pregnancy and Parental Leave Policy (for up to 20 weeks total). Our Supplemental Leave Policy consists of two parts: Pregnancy Leave & Parental (Maternity/Paternity) Leave. Depending on tenure, a birth mother is eligible for up to 10 weeks of pregnancy leave. Employees requesting parental leave (maternity/paternity) to support the birth, adoption, or legal guardianship placement of his/her child are eligible for up to 10 weeks (depending on tenure).
