Josh Goldman

Josh leads the Global Operations team at Axon and is responsible for Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Facilities, Operations Excellence, and International Operations. Josh currently leads a global team of over 1,200 professionals and has established a rigorous culture of continuous improvement across the team. Josh has been pivotal to transforming and scaling operations efficiently to reduce cost, streamline process and optimize quality over a period of tremendous growth. Josh joined Axon as VP of Operations in 2017 and prior to Axon, he was a Managing Partner at Logistics Delivered, as well as VP of Operations at Ruan Transport Corporation, where he excelled in strategic enterprise-wide leadership and managed both P&L and Business Development for operations across the continental US. Josh began his career as a Marine Corps Logistics and Supply Officer serving two tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from the University of Redlands with advanced study at the University of Cambridge Institute of Economic and Political Studies. Josh leads the Veteran’s Affairs Affinity Group at Axon with over 180 active members.
