“For years, training has been built around what I call the ‘block-and-silo’ model,” explains Taylor. “The majority of Law enforcement agencies teach skills in isolation and expect them to connect in the field. Real life doesn’t happen in silos. On the street, every decision, every movement, and every tool must come together seamlessly.
