Since 1993, Axon's mission has been simple: Protect Life. Our 2026 Responsibility Report shows how that mission takes shape across the business, in the technology we build, the people behind it, the planet we share, and the principles that guide every decision along the way.

This year's report is organized around four pillars:

• Innovation: Grounded in our Responsible Innovation Framework, we build technology designed to be a force for good, holding every product to the same standard of transparency and accountability.

• People: Our mission is only possible because of the people pursuing it. We continue to invest in the culture, growth and support that help a global workforce do its best work.

• Planet: We design with the full product lifecycle in mind, working to reduce our environmental footprint as our business grows.

• Principles: Strong governance starts at the top. Our Board and leadership continue to strengthen the oversight and stewardship that our mission depends on.

These pillars are in service of a larger goal: our Moonshot to cut gun-related deaths between police and the public in the United States in half by 2033.
