Important information
Hosting an Adaptive Control Instructor Course requires meeting specific facility, space, equipment, and documentation standards aligned with course delivery expectations.
Host requests are not guaranteed and may be denied based on scheduling considerations, regional course limits, or unmet requirements.
Scheduling
We work to schedule courses in a way that best serves students and instructors. A host request may be denied if another Adaptive Control course is already scheduled in close proximity by location or date.
Requirements
Meeting course requirements is critical to hosting a successful Adaptive Control Instructor Course. Requests may be denied if required facility, space, equipment, or documentation requirements are not met or cannot be verified during review.
Maximum request limit
Requests may be denied if the maximum number of courses for a given region or timeframe has already been reached.
Additional Notes
Due to the volume of courses scheduled annually, Axon is unable to manage facility use agreements.
Host requests must be submitted at least twelve (12) weeks in advance of the preferred course date.
Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accommodated.
All submitted host requests will be reviewed and addressed via email, whether approved or denied. Courses are scheduled based on availability, regional demand, and instructor resources, and are planned in advance of the requested training date.
To request an Adaptive Control Instructor Course, complete the online Host Request Form and include any additional details that may support your request.
