This year, two awards will be presented.
The Security Trailblazer Award honors an individual who has redefined what safety leadership looks like inside their organization. These are the changemakers who turned complex challenges into scalable solutions, integrating technology, inspiring culture shifts, and setting new standards for how enterprise safety is done.
The Enterprise Impact Award recognizes a team whose collaboration with law enforcement has created safer, more resilient workplaces and communities. Their work breaks down silos, aligns technology with purpose, and shows what is possible when innovation and partnership move in lockstep.

Each winner will receive travel to Axon Week 2026 in Nashville, a custom Axon Enterprise Award trophy, and a professionally produced video spotlight capturing their story, featured on stage and across Axon channels.
