Change a username

Administrators can change a username, provided the user’s account status is active. To do so, begin by navigating through the platform's interface as follows:

  1. Navigate to the menu bar at the top of the page and select Admin.

  2. Choose All Users from the Users section.

  3. Find the user’s name from the list of names, or by using the Search function.

  4. Select the person’s name to open the User Detail page.

  5. Select Edit User in the upper right corner.

  6. Find the Username field in the Edit user information panel and enter the new username.

  7. Press Save.

After completing these steps, the user will receive an email informing them of the username change.
