Edit user account information
From the User Details page, administrators can update basic user information such as username, first name, last name, badge ID, rank, evidence group, email address, external ID, and user role.

Passkey options are rolling out to credential-based, non-SSO organizations from late April 2026 through the end of May 2026. After rollout reaches your organization, administrators may see passkey-related options on the user details page, including the ability to review or revoke a user’s registered passkeys. The exact options available depend on your organizationconfiguration..
- On the menu bar, select Admin.
- Select Admin in the toolbar.
- Under Users, select All Users.
- The All Users page lists all users in your agency.
- Search for the user whose details you want to edit.
- In the user search results, select the user name. The User Detail page appears.
- Select Edit User to open the Edit User Information pane.
- Update the user information as needed, then select Save.
The user receives an email notifying them of the change.
All changes are tracked in the user audit trail.
