Edit groups

Users with permission to edit a group can make changes to all settings associated with a group.

Note

If License Tiers are enforced or in preview mode for your agency, Group Monitors must be assigned to a Pro Tier role.

Steps to Edit a Group

  1. On the menu bar, select Admin and then under Users, select All Groups. On the Groups page, search for the group for which you need to make changes.
  2. In the group search results, select the group title.
  3. Edit the group as needed. For detailed steps, refer to the following table.

Change the group name
  1. Select Edit Group.
  2. Enter the new name.
  3. Select Save.
Change the group Access Setting
  1. Select Edit Group.
  2. Select the appropriate Access Setting for the group.
  3. Select Save.

Note: If there are users with a Lite license in the group, it can only have the "No access" setting.

Add a user or group to the group members list
  1. Select Add Member.
  2. Enter the name of the user or group.
  3. Wait for the list of matching users and groups to appear.
  4. Select the user or group you want to add.
  5. After all users and groups have been added, select Done.

Note: Users with a Lite license can only be added to groups with the "No access" setting.

Delete a user or group from the group members list
  1. In the group member list, find the user or group.
  2. To the right of the user or group name, select the Remove from group icon.
Add a user or group to the monitoring relationship list
  1. Select the Monitoring relationships tab.
  2. Select Add Monitors or Add Groups.
  3. Enter the name of the user or group.
  4. Wait for the list of matching users and groups to appear.
  5. Select the user or group you want to add.
  6. After all monitoring relationships have been added, select Done.
Delete a user or group from the monitoring relationship list
  1. Select the Monitoring relationships tab.
  2. In the group monitors or monitored by this group list, find the user or group.
  3. To the right of the user or group name, select Remove from group.
