Edit groups
Users with permission to edit a group can make changes to all settings associated with a group.
If License Tiers are enforced or in preview mode for your agency, Group Monitors must be assigned to a Pro Tier role.
Steps to Edit a Group
- On the menu bar, select Admin and then under Users, select All Groups. On the Groups page, search for the group for which you need to make changes.
- In the group search results, select the group title.
- Edit the group as needed. For detailed steps, refer to the following table.

Note: If there are users with a Lite license in the group, it can only have the "No access" setting. |
