Reactivate user accounts

Agency administrators can change a user status from Inactive to Active in Axon Evidence, allowing the user to access their account again. There are two ways to reactivate an account: either in bulk from the user-search results or individually from the User Detail page.

Reactivate a Single User

Follow these steps to reactivate a single user:

  1. Navigate to the menu bar at the top of the page and select Admin.
  2. Choose All Users from the Users section.
  3. Use the search to find the user you need to deactivate.
  4. Select the user to access the User detail page.
  5. Select Reactivate in the upper right corner.

Axon Evidence will send an email to the user, informing them that their account has been reactivated.

Reactivate Multiple Users

To reactivate multiple user accounts simultaneously, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the menu bar at the top of the page and select Admin.
  2. Choose All Users from the Users section.
  3. For each user you want to reactivate, select the checkbox next to their name.
  4. Select Reactivate at the top of the page.
  5. Select Reactivate when the confirmation message appears.

Axon will email each user, informing them their account is active.
