• Search across all ALPR sources, including Outpost.

How the integration works

1. Outpost captures ALPR data

   Outpost cameras detect license plates and related vehicle details at your locations.

2. Axon processes ALPR data

   Axon Vehicle Intelligence processes ALPR reads, images, and vehicle attributes.

3. Axon sends data to Auror

   A secure connection sends Outpost ALPR reads and context to your Auror environment.

4. Auror applies your ALPR workflows
   • Your existing rules and hotlists trigger alerts.
   • Outpost ALPR reads appear in yourAuror search and investigation views alongside your other ALPR sources.

Requirements

To use this integration, you need:

• An Auror LPR deployment for your organization.
• Axon Outpost cameras at your locations.
• The Auror + Axon Outpost integration enabled for your tenant by Axon and Auror.

Use Auror as your primary ALPR view

After onboarding, your team continues working in Auror. Outpost data appears automatically.

1. Manage hotlists and rules in Auror

You continue to:

• Create and update hotlists (for example, vehicles of interest).
• Configure alert rules (what, where, and when).
• Choose how alerts are delivered.

All configuration stays in Auror. Outpost acts as an additional ALPR data source.

2. Receive alerts on Outpost events

When an Outpost camera detects a matching plate:

• Auror generates an alert using your existing workflows.
• The alert identifies the Outpost source (labeling may vary).
• Your respond to the alert inside Auror.

3. Search ALPR data

When you search in Auror:

• Results include Outpost and existing ALPR data.
• You can filter by:
  • Time and location
  • Store or site
  • Camera type or source (if available)

This provides a unified view of vehicle activity.
