Using the Corrections dashboard

Select the Filter By button to filter by organization. After selecting the desired filters, select Filter.

Evidence overall

Displays an evidence overview that can be filtered to show all time, year-to-date, the past 24 hours, or custom date range.

Contains the following details:

  • Evidence collected: Sorts by collected evidence.
  • Missing ID: Sorts evidence by files missing an ID.
  • Missing categories: Sorts evidence by files missing a category.
  • Queued for deletion: Sorts evidence files that are queued for deletion.
  • Critical incidents: Sorts evidence files by Critical Incidents status.
  • Evidence shared: Sorts evidence files that are shared.

Device inventory

Displays device inventory information, including body-worn cameras and TASER energy weapons. You can select a timeframe of 72 hours or create a custom timeline.

Contains the following details:

  • Last upload: Displays the device inventory by the last upload date.
  • Serial number: Displays the device inventory by serial number.
  • Model: Displays the device inventory by model type.
  • Last assigned to: Displays alphabetically by who the device was last assigned to.

Users

Contains the following details:

  • Total users
  • Active users
  • Inactive users: Select this to see the list of inactive users.
  • Invited users: Select this to see the list of invited users.
