Device assignment history
Use the Device Assignment History feature in Axon Corrections to see which body-worn cameras (BWCs) were assigned to a user at specific times. This is helpful in environments where devices are shared.
Permissions
- Admins can view any users device assignment history
- Users can view their own device assignment history

View a user's device assignment history
- Sign in to your Axon Corrections administrator account.
- Select Admin from the menu.
- Under Users, select All Users.
- Find and select a user. Their profile opens to the Basic Information tab.
- Next to Assigned Devices, select See history.
The History of device assignment pane opens. Each device entry in the list shows:
- Device name
- Device Model
- Serial number
- Assigned
- Unassigned
Select one of the following column names to sort by:
- Device name
- Assigned
- Unassigned
Data retention
Device assignment history is stored based on your organization’s retention policy. By default, history is available for seven days. Learn more at Categories and Retention Policies.
