Review Mode

Given the increasing volume of evidence and the need for quicker discovery times, Review Mode provides a consistent way for users to review bulk evidence. Available from the Evidence search page and Case Evidence page - Review Mode provides a single place as a focus mode for you to review multiple pieces of evidence which can be inherited from your search results or related to a specific case.

Current limitations

  • Evidence limit – Users can review up to 100 pieces of evidence at once in Review Mode.
  • Evidence Access and View – The evidence details accessibility will depend on your role and permission in Evidence.com. If you don't have the permission to view evidence, it will be automatically excluded when selecting evidence from the Evidence Search page and the Case Evidence page.
Note

Deleted evidence is automatically excluded when selecting evidence from the evidence search page and the case evidence page.

  • Case Evidence Matching Support – Depending on your settings for Case Evidence Matching, there will be a "New" label displayed on each evidence card on the left pane which is equivalent to the blue dot shown in the evidence list. The label is to help you distinguish the newly added evidence to your case.
