Upload other file types to Axon Evidence

Evidence Sync is not limited to files produced by TASER and Axon devices. Use Evidence Sync to add identifying information to any digital file and upload it to Axon Evidence. This procedure only works in online mode.

1. Save the file to your computer.
2. Start Evidence Sync.
3. Enter your agency information and select Next. Then enter your User and Password information and select Sign in to see the main screen.
4. Use the icons in the navigation pane to navigate to the file you want to upload.
5. Select the files you want to upload, then select Next.
6. To add details to your file:

• Enter the case ID in the Edit ID box.
• In the Edit Categories box, use the drop-down menu to select all applicable categories.
• If appropriate, reassign the file.

Select Upload.
