Use Deep Research in a case

Coming Soon

Deep Research is coming soon to the AI Era plan and will appear on the case details page in the redesigned Axon Evidence. It is currently part of an alpha release. This means it is still being developed, and is available to select organizations for testing and feedback. As an alpha feature, functionality is not fully polished, and adjustments can occur based on input. If you would like to participate in this alpha release, contact your Axon representative. Learn more about Alpha and Beta features.

Use Deep Research to ask questions about case evidence and review results.

Before you start

  • Your organization must have Deep Research enabled, and have the required license.
  • Your role must include permission to use Deep Research.
  • You must have access to the case and its evidence.
  • Deep Research chat sessions and any case context you add are only used during that chat. If you need a permanent record, capture important findings in case Notes or your own reports.
  • Deep Research supports only machine-readable documents and transcripts in the initial release. Image and video visual analysis will be available later.
  • Chat history is coming soon.
