System status page

The system status page shows the current availability of Axon cloud services, including Axon Evidence. You can use it to check for service impacts, planned maintenance, or issues that might affect your work.

You can access the system status page directly through your region's link.

The page lists the system status by service. The system status page showing a list of updates with the operational, partial disruption, and major disruption icons.

System Status Levels

The system status page displays one of four standard states for each service:

  • Operational: Products and services are operational with no service impacts reported.
  • Partial Disruption: A partial disruption has been reported on one or more products and services. Status updates will be published as new information becomes available.
  • Major Disruption: A major disruption has been reported on one or more products and services. Status updates will be published as new information becomes available.
  • Maintenance: Active maintenance is in progress on one or more products and services. Updates will be published as the maintenance is conducted.
