Group Dashboard View

Use Group Dashboard View in Axon Performance to see an executive-level summary of agency-wide compliance metrics across different evidence sources. The Group Dashboard View provides a high-level view of performance, allowing you to track key metrics such as Activation Rate, Categorization Rate, ID Rate, Power Cycling, and Sleep Cycling. This view supports leaders in identifying high/ low-performing squads and officers, enabling focused actions to improve compliance.

Note If your agency has not created any Groups or configured the Command Hierarchy Settings to show squads, the Group Dashboard View page will show a preview of agency-wide metrics without any specific squad information. The metric goals are set to 80% by default.

Access the Group Dashboard View

  1. Sign in to your Axon Performance account.
  2. Under Axon Performance, select Launch Performance. The Group Dashboard View opens by default on the Metrics page.

Users assigned to a group that has subordinate (child) groups can access the Group Dashboard View.

Find your way around the Group Dashboard View dashboard

The Group Dashboard View includes key areas that allow you to monitor performance metrics, filter data, export reports, and drill down to specific squads, groups, or individual officer dashboards.

The upper section provides a visual indication of metrics for the subordinate groups with the number of groups that are above and below the agency configured metric goal and a list of high and low performing squads.

Note The leadership board view is only available for organizations with more than six groups toggled on below the topmost node of the Command Hierarchy.
