Feedback Notes
Users with the appropriate permissions can add new types of feedback notes for the Personnel module in the administrator console. These note types appear as options when users create a feedback note, and you can specify how long each note type remains on a user’s Personnel profile.
To create a new feedback note type:
- Open the Feedback Notes tool in the Administrator Console.
- Select Create note type.
- A new row will appear in the table. Enter a name for the note type.
- This is the name that appears when someone creates a new feedback note.
- Choose a Retention option.
- The retention period determines how long the note stays visible in the Personnel profile. Once the retention period ends, the note is automatically removed.
- If the No purge date option is selected, the note will remain on the recipient’s Personnel profile forever.
- Select the Save icon to add the new note type.
- If you don’t want to save the note type, select the Cancel icon to discard it.
At this time, existing note types cannot be modified in the administrator console. To make changes to an existing note type, contact your Axon representative.
