Access

The following privileges related to accessing Axon products appear in the Access privilege category. In addition to accessing the product, users must have additional privileges to ensure they can take all appropriate actions once they have logged in.

Name	Description
Access Axon Records and view all Records reports	Lets users access Axon Records and view the list of reports in task inboxes. To open reports and take action on them, users must also have privileges in the workflows associated with each report type.
Access Axon Standards	Lets users access the Axon Standards product. Additional Axon Standards privileges must be enabled for specific functionalities.
Access the Axon app (mobile)	Lets users access Axon Standards features from within the Axon mobile app.
