Clean and disinfect the headset

  • Dampen a cloth with a diluted alcohol mixture (75%) and use it too wipe down the hard plastic surfaces of the headset and VR Controllers.
  • Clean the leather face shield with a damp cloth.
  • Ensure that all disinfectants are completely wiped off completely before use to avoid irritation.

Clean the headset lens

  • Never apply any cleaning solution to the lenses.
  • Only use a dry, lint-free cloth, such as a glasses cleaning cloth, to wipe the lenses.
  • Wipe in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving toward the edges.

What not to do when cleaning a headset

  • Do not spray or pour liquid directly onto the headset or VR Controllers.
  • Do not use any liquids or cleaning solutions on the lenses.
  • Do not expose the headset or VR Controllers to UV rays or direct sunlight.
  • Do not machine wash devices.
