Associations

Associations automatically place files in folders, cabinets, or destinations when configured conditions are met.

  • Constraint types include Union, Intersection, and Atomic.
  • Associations can route files based on markers, users, groups, metadata, and other conditions.

Create an association

  1. Select Admin.
  2. Under File Configuration, select Associations.
  3. Select Create Association.
  4. Enter a name and add constraints.
  5. Add cabinets, folders, or destinations as actions.
  6. Select Save.

Edit or delete an association

From the Associations list, use the More Actions menu to edit, view, or delete an association.
