ALPR settings in Dashboard

Fleet Dashboard users can manually mute and enable hotlist alerts and have the alerts always display in front of other open windows. While alerts are disabled the ALPR system still collects reads and hits. But alerts, with the exception of those defined as High Priority by your agency, are suspended.

  1. Select Dashboard Settings Shows the previously described button..
  2. In the ALPR section:
    • Mute alerts – Toggle to disable or enable alerts.
    • Dashboard moves to front on hit alert – Toggle on to make Dashboard move to the front on a hit alert.
      Shows ALPR settings options.

Notification settings

The Dashboard displays notifications for ALPR hits. The default notification duration in Windows is five seconds. Axon recommends making the display time longer to provide more time for officer response.
