Buffer video length is shorter than expected

A recorded video may have a shorter buffer period than expected due to one of the following:

  1. The user initiated a recording shortly after turning the camera on and 30 seconds (or your configured buffer length) has not yet elapsed.
  2. The user ended one recording and initiated another recording shortly after, and 30 seconds (or your configured buffer length) has not yet elapsed.
  3. Buffer is either not turned on in your Evidence.com account or it is configured to a different setting than expected.
