Unable to Mute Audio on Video Recording
The Mute feature on the Axon Body 2 and Axon Flex 2 camera is a system feature that must first be enabled in your agency Evidence.com account.
Note: The camera must first be recording in order to mute the audio. You cannot place the camera into a muted state before starting a recording.
Enable the Mute Feature
- Log in to your Evidence.com account. Select the Admin tab, then select Body Camera Settings in the Devices section.
- Scroll to the Axon Body 2 and Axon Flex 2 section and locate the Camera Audio Mute setting. Select Enable Users to Mute Camera Audio.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save Settings.
Users of Axon Body 2 and Axon Flex 2 cameras can now mute audio during video recordings. The next time the camera connects to an Axon Dock or Evidence Sync, it will update with this new setting.
