911 call panel
Welcome to the 911 experience, powered by Prepared 911. If you are looking to enable the 911 experience and your call-handling system is Carbyne, Axon will provide separate instructions for feature enablement.
The 911 call panel is a dedicated panel at the top of the toolbar gives operators quick access to 911 calls without obscuring the map or shifting focus from the main view. Open or close the panel from the toolbar.
When a 911 call is received, operators can view
- Caller information: Phone number and caller name, when available.
- Location: GPS coordinates and an estimated street-level address displayed on the map.
- AI-generated call summary: A plain-language summary that updates in real time.
- Audio playback: Listen to the call directly in Fusus.
- Nearby cameras: Nearby cameras: View and dock nearby camera feeds to monitor the scene. The cameras displayed are determined by your Auto Dock Setting, configured within Fusus global settings.
- Call status: Active, ended, or dismissed.
This feature provides immediate context without switching systems.
