911 call alerts

911 call alerts notify operators when high-priority calls are received.

The system evaluates:

• AI-generated call summaries
• High-risk keywords, for example, “shots fired,” “active shooter,” and “hostage”

When a match is detected, the system displays an alert in Fusus so operators can respond quickly.

Note: To receive alerts, your agency must be signed in to Fusus using Axon authentication.
