Steps

1. Verify the agency contact.
2. Send an invitation email with a unique code to the Axon Evidence administrator.

Result

The Axon Evidence administrator receives an invitation code.

No action is required from the agency during this step.

Enable Prepared 911 in Axon Evidence

Role: Axon Evidence administrator

Steps

1. In Axon Evidence, go to Third-party Applications in the Admin tab under Security & Integrations.
2. In the New Experience of Axon Evidence, go to Integrations on the Organization Settings page.
3. Find the first Prepared 911 application in the list.
4. Select View Info and review the listed scopes.
5. Select Enable.
6. Close the success message.
7. Refresh the Third-party Applications page.
8. Enable the second Prepared 911 application.
9. Enter the invitation code from the email.
10. Select Save.

Result

A confirmation message appears in Prepared 911 when the connection succeeds.
