Welcome to the 911 experience, powered by Prepared 911. If you are looking to enable the 911 experience and your call-handling system is Carbyne, Axon will provide separate instructions for feature enablement.

This guide explains how to onboard your agency. The process requires coordination between your agency and Axon. Your Axon representative completes most of the technical setup.

Important: You must contact Axon to start onboarding. Most agencies do not have direct access to the Prepared dashboard.
