- Enabling slew to cue
- Toggling alerts on
- Setting an audit retention time
- Enabling watermarking

Review audit logs
Audit logs show user activity, system changes, and access events.
- In the navbar, select Audit.
- Use filters to view activity by date, user, or event type.
- Select a row to view details such as timestamp, IP address, and description.
- You can enter relative information on an audit line by selecting the + symbol in the Incident and Notes columns. Anything entered becomes a permanent part of the audit.
Configure mutual aid or data sharing
The Location and Camera Admin permission is required to complete this procedure.
To manage shared cameras, locations, and video with other organizations:
- In the navigation bar, select Shares.
- Review the available share categories:
- Outgoing shares are cameras, locations, or video your organization has shared with other organizations.
- Incoming shares are cameras, locations, or video shared with your organization by another organization.
- To manage an outgoing share:
- Review the Status column to see whether the receiving organization has accepted the share.
- Under the Actions column, select the configuration icon to configure how the share functions.
Available options may include:
- Date limits— Select a time frame in which the camera sharing will be active.
- Conditional sharing— Provides the receiving organization access to the camera location. Live video and recorded video access only accessible to the receiving organization if the camera is within 1000ft of a Fusus incident.
- Live viewing access— Provides the receiving organizing access to the camera location and live video.
- Recording playback access— Provides the receiving organizing access to the camera location and access to the prior 12 hours of camera video.
- PTZ controls— Provides the receiving organizing access to pan, tilt and/or zoom the shared camera.
- Admin-only access— Restricts camera visibility to users with Admin rights at the recipient organization.
If you grant recording playback access to the receiving organization, users in that organization can create and save clips from your shared cameras. To prevent clip creation, limit access to live video only.
- To accept an incoming share:
- Under the Actions column, select Accept.
The shared resource is then added to your organization.
- To delete a share:
- Under the Actions column, select the trash can icon.
When a share is deleted, access is immediately removed for the recipient organization.
US-based Fusus organizations can share data with other US-based Fusus organizations. This includes sharing of cameras between US-based Enterprise and Law Enforcement customers.
Your organization maintains full control over all sharing activity:
- Only the owning organization can initiate, modify, or revoke a share.
- Sharing is never automatic or imposed.
- Organizations cannot reshare received data or delegate access permissions to other organizations.
Note: To create the initial share of a location, camera, or video with another organization, work within the object's location in Fusus.
