Welcome to the Axon 911 experience, powered by Prepared 911. If you are looking to enable the Axon 911 experience and your call-handling system is Carbyne, Axon will provide separate instructions for feature enablement.

This guide defines the technical requirements to deploy Axon audio collector hardware for Fusus 911 and Prepared 911. Enabling this feature requires support from the Axon PSO team.

The audio collector captures live 911 audio and metadata to support real-time visibility and system integration.

Important: Complete all requirements before scheduling implementation. Deployment cannot begin until prerequisites are met.
