Axon Fusus – FAQ

Which devices work with Axon Fusus?

  • Axon Body 3 and Body 4
  • Axon Fleet 3
  • Axon Air drones (if integrated)

Device visibility and features depend on your organization's configuration and license.

How do I access Axon Fusus?

  • From Axon Evidence, select Fusus from the menu.
  • From the Dashboard page, go to Axon Fusus > My Map.

Do I need to install anything?

No. You can access Fusus via browser. For mobile access, download the fususOPS mobile app for iOS or Android.

How do I sign in?

Sign-in depends on how your organization manages user accounts:

  • Axon-managed identity (SSO / 1XP): Use your Axon Evidence credentials. You’ll be prompted to enter your agency domain the first time you sign in.
  • Fusus-managed accounts: Sign in using the email and password assigned to you by your agency’s Fusus administrator.

If you're unsure which system your agency uses, contact your administrator for guidance.

What features are included?

Feature availability in Axon Fusus depends on your agency’s enabled hardware, device licensing, and assigned permissions.

  • The Fusus map interface is available to all customers.
  • Livestreaming, playback, docking, grids, and voice features require supported Axon devices and appropriate permissions.
  • Some capabilities, such as two-way voice, require specific hardware (for example, Axon Body 4).

Note: Livestream access for Axon Body cameras is licensed per device (BWC), not through the Fusus platform.
