Respond to Fusus – FAQ
Will I still have access to Axon Respond?
Yes. Respond remains available while your agency transitions to Fusus.
How do I access Axon Fusus?
- From Axon Evidence, select Fusus from the menu.
- From the Dashboard page, go to Axon Fusus > My Map.
What happens the first time I use Fusus?
You’ll see a welcome message and enter the map view, where your connected devices appear.
Will anything change with my Axon devices?
No. Device status, livestream, and alert features carry over. Just make sure the Axon Devices layer is turned on.
Can I still view alerts and device locations?
Yes. Alerts and device locations continue to function in Fusus. To view devices and alerts on the map, make sure the Axon Devices layer is turned on in the Layers pane.
What’s different in Fusus?

- Support for two-way voice (Axon Body 4 only)
