Organize, search, and export digital evidence. Synchronize data with Evidence.com and manage incident folders.
Access and search fususVAULT
fususVAULT is the repository for all live incident recordings, submitted tips, and shared media.
- In the navbar, select fususVAULT. By default, you land in the Incident Folders section. To access other content types, use the fususVAULT sidebar menu to navigate to Digital Media Tips, Evidence, Live Links, Incident Management, Surveillance Video, Mobile Device, or Shared Video.
- Sort or filter the columns or use the search bar to find the relevant file.
- Select a result to preview the video and see the metadata.
- From here, you can use buttons to View Camera, see Linked Incidents, Download Media, Download Metadata, Export to Evidence.com, Share, or Delete.
Associate or synchronize to Evidence.com
- In the navbar, select fususVAULT.
- Locate the clip, folder, or evidence item you want to sync.
- Choose one of the following actions, depending on the item type:
- To associate an incident folder to an existing Evidence.com case, select Associate to Evidence.com Case (chain icon). In the Associate Incident dialog, select the Case, Categories, Tags, and any applicable conditions, then select Send.
- To send other file types (such as surveillance video or digital tips), select Export to Evidence.com instead. This option opens a different set of entry fields based on the file type.
- To synchronize files to Evidence.com, select the Sync Vault to Evidence.com (circular arrow) button. The file is queued to synchronize.
- Confirm the sync. The item appears in Evidence.com under the selected case.
Create and edit folders
Organize media by case or incident within the fususVAULT.
- In the navbar, select fususVAULT and then select Incident Folders.
- To create an incident folder, select Add Incident (big yellow plus sign), enter the relevant details, and then select Save.
- To edit an existing folder, select it and choose Edit (pencil).
- Update the relevant details, and then select Save.
