Export a case audit log

The case audit log shows updates made to a case, including when they occurred, and when tags have been added or removed. You can export this log as a PDF, either in its entirety or within a specific date range.

  1. On the case details page, select Export Audit Log.
  2. Use the Audit Log dropdown menu to find the audit log type you want.
  3. Select the date range you want from the Date Range dropdown menu.
  4. Select Download.

The PDF will open in a separate window. Review the information, and then download the PDF.

If a partner has shared a case with you that includes their audit log, you can view the log by following the above steps to export and view the audit log.
