Manage download link contacts
Axon Justice users with permission can add or remove contacts they wish to share case download links with. This can be done from two locations:
Manage download link contacts when sharing evidence
Users have the flexibility to manage download link contacts when sharing evidence from a case.
Add a new download link contact

From Cases, locate and select the case you wish to share evidence from.

Select the checkboxes next to the evidence you wish to share, and then select Share.

On the Select Recipient page, select the Download Link radio button.

In the Recipient box, enter a recipient email address.

Check the Save as future contact checkbox.

Select Share. The contact is added to the Download link contacts list.
Remove a download link contact
- From Cases, locate and select the case you wish to share evidence from.
- Select the checkboxes next to the evidence you wish to remove download link contacts from, and then select Share.
- On the Select Recipient page, select Edit Contacts.
- Next to the contact you wish to remove, select Remove (trash can button).
- In the Remove contact window, select Remove to confirm.
Manage download link contacts from Admin settings
Add or remove download link contacts can also be done directly from the Admin settings in Axon Justice.
Add a new download link contact
- From the Axon Justice menu bar, select Admin.
- Under Agency Settings, select Download Link Contacts.
- Select Add Contact.
- In the Add contact window, enter an Email Address.
- Select Add. The contact is added to the Download link contacts list.
Remove a download link contact
- From the Axon Justice menu bar, select Admin.
- Under Sharing Settings, select Download Link Contacts.
- Next to the contact you wish to remove, select Remove (trash can button).
- In the Remove contact window, select Remove to confirm.
