- From the table, select the actions icon next to the corresponding survey, then select Dashboard.
Alternatively, select View to open the survey details page, then select Dashboard.
Dashboard
Each survey has a dashboard available for viewing and customization.
Chart types
Administrators can build and manage a custom dashboard for each survey. Available chart types for viewing responses include:
- Summary: Numerical values that show change over periods of time. i.e., Responses over the previous 30 days. Users can create a comparison window to determine the value change over a previous time frame (Previous 30 days, 7 days, Month-to-Date, etc.)
- Bar Chart: A visualization that represents categorical or time-series data as proportional horizontal or vertical bars. Users can compare values across groups or track a single metric over sequential intervals at a glance.
- Donut Chart: A circular visualization that shows part-to-whole relationships across a set of categories. Each arc segment represents a category's share of the whole.
- Table: A structured grid that displays detailed, row-level data across multiple attributes. Users can show the answer distribution, verbatim responses, or a combination of the two.
