Employee survey questions

To provide key benchmarking data for agencies, Community Surveys deploys a core set of questions. Organization of the surveys can be adjusted at any time, as well as the ability to add custom questions.

Below is an example of a survey and core questions Community Surveys agencies have utilized.

Not all questions appear on each survey. Questions 3-7 are rotated on a quarterly basis. Departments can add custom questions at any time.
