Policy Chat Roles and Permissions
To enable Policy Chat Manager, complete the following:
- Select Admin from the menu bar.
- Under Agency Settings, select Policy Chat Manager.
- Select Roles & Permissions.
- Edit an existing role or create a new one.

In the permission list, under Policy Chat, select Allowed for:
- Use Policy Chat
- Upload, Replace, or Delete Files
