Policy Chat Roles and Permissions

To enable Policy Chat Manager, complete the following:

  1. Select Admin from the menu bar.
  2. Under Agency Settings, select Policy Chat Manager.
  3. Select Roles & Permissions.
  4. Edit an existing role or create a new one.
  5. In the permission list, under Policy Chat, select Allowed for:
    • Use Policy Chat
    • Upload, Replace, or Delete Files
