The schedule for the July 2025 release is as follows:
- Customers in the Enterprise region (.ent.evidence.com), U.S. Federal region (.us.evidence.com), new European region (.eur.evidence.com), European legacy region (.eu.evidence.com), and Netherlands receive on Tuesday July 29, 2025.
- Customers in the U.S. Law Enforcement region (.evidence.com), Germany, and Canada (.ca.evidence.com) receive on Wednesday July 30, 2025.
- Customers in the United Kingdom, Australia, and the South America region (.la.evidence.com) receive on Tuesday August 5, 2025.

Hypermedia markers added to Fleet 3 video
Hypermedia markers are automatically-generated bookmarks that mark key moments in a video for easier location later. Learn more at Working with clips and markers.
Axon Interview
Firmware v4.18.3.x
Begins phased deployment starting the week of July 15, 2025. Includes updates that enhance system reliability, configuration clarity, and service observability. Only for agencies using Axon Interview with Axon Evidence (cloud). Learn more at Interview release notes, July 2025.
Resolved issues
- Resolved an issue that could prevent recordings from finalizing under certain server timeout scenarios.
- Improved client-server synchronization logic to eliminate warning or error messages caused by mismatched configuration settings in dual-server environments.
- Addressed an edge case where legacy install scripts could cause delays during client or server upgrade attempts.
Axon View XL
Updated version of Axon ViewXL required
For feature improvements, you must update Axon ViewXL to version 1.31.5. Older app versions will no longer be supported and display a warning when opened. See Keep your Axon apps up to date for more information.
