The schedule for the April 2025 release is as follows:

  • Customers in the Enterprise region (.ent.evidence.com), Canada (.ca.evidence.com), the Netherlands, new European region (.eur.evidence.com), and European legacy region (.eu.evidence.com) receive on April 15, 2025.
  • Customers in the U.S. Federal (.evidence.com) and U.S. Law Enforcement region (.evidence.com) receive on April 16, 2025.
  • Customers in Australia and New Zealand (.au.evidence.com), South America (.la.evidence.com), and the United Kingdom receive on April 17, 2025.

Corrections dashboard

A new dashboard for Corrections administrators that provides an overview of evidence activity, device inventory, and user data. Administrators can also add IDs and categories to evidence lacking context, or set an activation status for users. For more information, see Corrections Dashboard.

Multicam notes

Notes in multicam view (available exclusively to Corrections agencies) allows users to add, edit, and delete notes directly within multicam view. This helps eliminate the need to open evidence in separate tabs, and enables both individual and bulk note posting (with edit/delete actions supported only at the individual evidence level). “Device Home” is now available on the Evidence Search page as a custom metadata column. Evidence can also be filtered with “Device Home” as a criteria.

Updates and improvements

  • User Search Filter Persists - Previously, when administrators used the User Search page and filtered for specific criteria, then selected a user on that list, the "Back to User Search" button cleared out the prior search criteria, requiring users to enter the search criteria again. From this release, the "Back to User Search" button now allows the initial filtering criteria to persist.

  • Camera State now available in Inventory report - In Q4 2023, “Last Docked” and “Camera State” were added as inventory metadata; however, “Camera State” was unavailable in the Inventory Reports. “Camera State” is now available.
