2026.17 Release notes
Features and enhancements
Fusus 911 enhancement
911 call priority status now appears directly in the 911 call queue and call details panel with clear visual color indicators, helping operators quickly identify call urgency. Red visual treatment indicates a call is high priority. Call priority changes also update the visual indicators in real time as new information is detected. 911 call alerts are configured per agency in their Real Time Alerts setting.
Alert filter updates
Alert category filters are now selected by default, so new users will initially see all alert categories. Users can clear any categories they don't want to receive.
Alarm type filter selections are now saved and remain in place after a page refresh. Previously, these selections reset when the page reloaded.
“Filter alerts if no nearby cameras” now persists — This setting is now saved across page refreshes.
Behavior change:
-
If all categories are cleared, no alerts appear. Previously, clearing all categories displayed every alert. After this update, users must select at least one category to see alerts. No change:

2026.16 Release notes
Features and enhancements
Resize camera tool update
CCTV camera players displayed on the map now include a persistent resize handle, making it easier to adjust the player size.
Multi-day clip creation
Users can create clips that span multiple days, including clips from 11:00 PM on Day 1 to 12:30 AM on Day 2, or from 8:00 PM on Day 1 to 6:00 AM on Day 3. The system does not allow clip creation when the end date and time are earlier than or equal to the start date and time. If a selected time range is invalid or falls outside the available footage, the user receives clear feedback. Same-day clip creation behavior remains unchanged.
Language addition
Spanish is now available within Fusus. If your default language is set in Evidence.com as Spanish, no changes are needed. If you'd like Spanish to be your default language in Fusus, select Spanish in Evidence.com and both platforms will then deploy in Spanish.
