Axon Investigate 4.4.2
This maintenance release includes a set of targeted, high-urgency fixes aimed at improving stability, workflow consistency, and interoperability with Axon Investigate. These updates are especially relevant to users leveraging narrative reports, exporting media, or integrating Investigate with third-party applications.
New features and enhancements:
- Improved narrative report image placement: Fixed an issue where images in narrative reports could shift out of alignment. Reports now export with correctly positioned visuals.
- Snapshot & Subclip zoom-level consistency: Investigate now remembers your zoom settings for snapshots and subclips in the project map so you see exactly what you captured when you return to your work.
- Export subtitles directly from the timeline: You can now export subtitle nodes, making it easier to share, edit, or use captions in other tools.
- Easier media playback on Windows: Axon Investigate now shows up as an “Open With” option when you right-click on media files in Windows File Explorer.
- Improved .MSI Installer: Improved installer option for mass install of the Investigate software onto multiple workstations.
