Retail Crime Hub

Retail Crime Hub provides a centralized place for law enforcement agencies to review retail crime activity shared by participating retailers, triage incoming reports, and move faster from reported incidents to case‑ready follow‑up.

Prerequisites

To use Retail Crime Hub, you will need:

  • A configured Retail Crime Hub relationship between your organization, and participating retailers using Auror.
  • An appropriate Axon Evidence role with permission to:
    • View Retail Crime Dashboard
    • View Retail Reporting Inbox

Access Retail Crime Hub

To access Retail Crime Hub, select Community, then select Crime Dashboard or Crime Reports.

From a single page in Axon Evidence, users can move between:

  • Crime Dashboard: View recent retail crime activity in your jurisdiction based on data provided by participating retailers through Auror. Filter and review by offender, vehicle, and site, then open records in Auror for deeper investigation.

  • Crime Reports: Review detailed reports that retailers submit directly to your agency. Accept or decline reports and record case numbers without requiring a patrol visit to gather basic incident information.
