TASER Program Dashboard
The TASER Program Dashboard tracks the status of your organization’s TASER device handles, cartridges, and batteries. To access the dashboard, select TASER in the Evidence navigation.
The dashboard is comprised of four sections:

Alerts – notifications about your TASER program such as number of devices with critical errors, deployments requiring confirmation, and TASER devices requiring firmware updates. Addressing these improves the health of your TASER program and device functionality.

Program Overview – displays information about your organization’s TASER program such as latest firmware available, maintenance status across devices, and numbers of devices docked in the last 30 days. Optional email reminders about TASER health can be sent by program administrators.

Inventory Summary – reports the number of TASER device handles, batteries, cartridges, and magazines used by your agency, their assignment status, and type. Also shows monthly cartridge deployments based on type.

Settings – allows program administrators to set up automated email notifications reminding TASER assignees to dock their devices every 30 days. Also allows configuring the TASER Program Dashboard to report on assigned devices only (default) or all TASER devices registered to an organization.
