The TASER 10 CEW has detected an error or fault with the rechargeable battery pack.

  1. Remove the rechargeable battery pack and place it in the TASER 10 Dock for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Clean the contacts on the battery as well in the weapon and reinsert the battery.
  3. If the issue is not corrected, return the battery via RMA noting "Battery Error" in the description.
