Battery error

The CID shows a battery error or fault (blinking).

The TASER 7 energy weapon has detected an error or fault with the rechargeable battery pack.

  1. Remove the rechargeable battery pack and place it in the TASER 7 Dock for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Clean the contacts on the battery as well in the weapon and reinsert the battery.
  3. If the issue is not corrected, return the battery via RMA noting "Battery Error" in the description.
