Analytics
TREND offers insights into TASER energy weapon program performance, including executive summaries, incident and probe analysis, de-escalation usage, and benchmarking against nationwide averages. Any combination of reports can be exported to CSV, PDF, or PPTX.
To find TREND analytics:

Navigate to TREND on Axon Evidence.

Click the Analytics icon.
Report types

Executive Summary: Shows performance statistics for your TASER energy weapon program according to different timeframes (last 90 days, last 12 months, and the same last 90 days from a year ago). Results can be filtered by TASER energy weapon model (TASER 7 or TASER 10) if both were used to view performance metrics specific to a selected device type.

Timeline: Visualizes the number of deployments and average effectiveness over time.

Incident Response: Provides data on TASER energy weapon effectiveness according to different fields from the report such as distance, location type, lighting, officer, or suspect details.

Probe Performance: Gives information about how probes are performing across all deployments, including average probes deployed and average hit rates.

Incident Audit: Looks at how incident effectiveness is influenced by different factors such as having multiple officers present, using de-escalation techniques, or the event taking place in dark lighting.

Probe Audit: Visualizes probe placement on a body diagram to indicate successful deployments.

De-escalation: Shows use of TASER energy weapon de-escalation features or other de-escalation tactics.

Benchmark: Shows how your TASER energy weapon program compares to a typical US agency across several benchmark areas like average probes deployed and probe connect rate.

Activity Log: Only available for supervisors and Evidence administrators. This tab includes all activities performed in TREND (e.g., report created, exported, approvals granted, etc.). These activities can be generated either by the system or by users.
